Ken has studied illustration, photography, graphic design and communications since early high shcool. After a four years of honorable service with the US coast guard and a two year career as a commercial print pre-press technician he attained his degree in graphic arts from the Academy of Art San Francisco. In his junior year of college he found employment with a large publishing company as a technical and concept illustrator and graphic designer. Ken's medical illustrations and magazine covers have been distributed world wide.
Upon a return to his home state of New Hampshire Ken found employment as an art director with a start up greeting card company where he built and coordinated a graphic arts department and productions team from the ground up. After only three years this small gift company would go on to enjoy a robust contract with a major retail chain and distribution of its unique products in over 70 countries.
After leaving the greeting card company Ken pursued a freelance career for over 15 years providing full media solutions to a a handful of clients. One of the clients Ken brings to 240 Design West has been working with him for over ten years.
Ken's unique combination of creative, and technical skills along with his years of production and project management experience qualify him as the team leader at 240 Design West.
